  • 8 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed

  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar (for filling)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • Strawberry jam, chocolate chips, pumpkin puree, fruit slices

Instructions

👣 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.

  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, 3 tbsp sugar, and vanilla.

  4. Spread a thin layer of the mixture onto each bread slice.

  5. Roll up tightly, seam-side down.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and ½ cup sugar.

  7. Dip each roll-up in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.

  8. Place roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet.

  9. Bake 15–18 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  10. Let cool slightly and serve warm!
